It has no working point of contact and the components are durable. Its hydraulic system allows for proportional pressure control. It is equipped with a high-efficiency plastic mixing screw to ensure a fully uniform plasticization. VVVF + alloy steel and hardened gear reducer ensure stable speed, low noise and durability. Beam arms and a central locking clamping mechanism ensure long-term use. It helps to ensure a balanced clamping force. It uses the body translation mode (ball linear guide), so it has high precision, low resistance and fast speed.

2. Small Plastic Blow Molding Machine can blow the entire square needle seat, which is firm and does not shift, ensuring smooth cutting products. It has three stations, injection molding, blow molding / stretch blow molding and product release. The raw material is injected into the preform from the hopper to the injection screw. Small Plastic Blow Molding Machine's plate rotating preform blows/stretches the blowing station itself to heat up, no need to reheat the air, and then the product rotates to the release station to drop, fully automatic cycle rotation mode. When the injection bottle is blown, the preform itself is heated, which greatly saves energy and shortens the molding time. More importantly, the one-step machine cuts off the transfer process from the two-step blow molding machine to avoid the pollution caused by the transfer process.
