1. This Extrusion Blow Molding Machine Oil Bottles is designed for blowing 12 liter (maximum) bottles. It has a double station. Its sensor is used to continuously adjust the speed. Its PLC and touch screen are used for control. All electronic and pneumatic components are of good quality. This product is specially equipped with Japanese MOOG to better control the wall thickness. It has a fully automatic process to ensure low power consumption, high efficiency, fast and safe operation, and easy maintenance. It uses a trough feed section and forced cooling to increase production. The barrel is equipped with a ceramic heating ring and is equipped with a powerful fan for cooling, thus ensuring effective control of each section temperature. Its hardened gearbox ensures long life. The entire extruder assembly is mounted on a support platform that can be adjusted to accommodate different dies.
